As a major player in aeronautical maintenance in the Caribbean, the company, post-COVID, finds itself needing to re-launch its activity by combining the imperatives of digitalization and rallying its teams around a new vision for the coming years.

We were tasked with:

  • Designing a 24-month roadmap including budget, organizational impacts, and a schedule that considers priorities and on-the-ground constraints.
